Due to the nature of restaurant equipment, all used and clearance items are sold AS IS and are final sale.
Used Equipment
- No returns or exchanges on used equipment.
- Once equipment is picked up or shipped, the sale is final.
New Equipment
Returns on new equipment may be accepted only with prior written approval and may be subject to restocking fees.
Shipping Damage
Any damage during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately.
