Description

The Jackson DishStar HT-E is an energy efficient commercial high temperature undercounter dishwasher designed for restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries, hotels, catering kitchens, coffee shops, schools, churches, offices, and foodservice operations that need reliable warewashing performance in a compact footprint.

This machine uses high-temperature sanitizing and includes a built-in booster heater system. Jackson describes the DishStar HT-E as an undercounter dishmachine with high-temperature hot-water sanitizing, a booster tank, and detergent and rinse-aid chemical feeder pumps.

Official Jackson product information states that the DishStar HT-E uses only 0.60 gallons of water per rack and is designed for high-temperature sanitizing in undercounter applications.
