Description

The Egro KS9 is a specialized commercial milk refrigerator designed for integration with compatible Egro fully automatic espresso and coffee machines.

Its compact vertical design allows the refrigerator to be positioned beside an Egro coffee machine or installed under a counter when the appropriate tubing and pump configuration are used.

The refrigerated compartment accommodates an included 6.5-liter, or approximately 1.1.7-gallon, milk container. A standard one-gallon milk container may also be used when automatic milk-level sensing is not required.

An integrated milk pump automatically transfers refrigerated milk from the container to a compatible Egro coffee machine for preparing cappuccino, latte, macchiato, flat white, and other fresh-milk beverages.

The milk-level sensor allows a compatible Egro system to monitor the amount of milk remaining in the container, helping operators refill the refrigerator before it runs empty.

An external digital display provides convenient monitoring without opening the refrigerator door. The stainless steel exterior gives the unit a professional appearance that coordinates with Egro commercial coffee equipment.
