Used – Excellent Condition – Fully Tested & Operational

This commercial patty-forming machine has been professionally inspected and manually tested to confirm proper operation. The compression lever moves correctly, the rotary mould plate advances properly, and the adjustable forming mechanism operates as intended.

The anodized-aluminium exterior shows scratches, light oxidation, residue, staining, and normal cosmetic wear from previous commercial food-production use. These cosmetic signs do not affect the machine’s manual forming operation.

The machine should be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before being placed into foodservice production. It is ready for use in butcher shops, supermarkets, delis, restaurants, commissaries, catering facilities, meat-processing operations, and commercial kitchens.

Description

The Mainca MH-120 INT is a fully manual commercial hamburger patty former designed to produce evenly shaped and consistently portioned patties without requiring electricity.

This model is equipped for forming one 120 mm / approximately 4 3/4-inch hamburger patty per cycle. The operator loads prepared ground meat into the upper hopper, rotates the mould plate into position, and lowers the long manual lever to compress and form the product.

The machine is part of Mainca’s interchangeable MH/MA forming platform. Patty and meatball sizes can be changed by installing a compatible rotary mould plate, while the main machine body remains the same. Available mould configurations include hamburger patties, mini burgers, meatballs, and croquettes.

Its manual design makes it especially useful for smaller production runs, specialty recipes, changing product sizes, and operations that need consistent portions without investing in a fully automatic forming system.

Operating Specifications

Operation Type: Fully manual

Primary Product: Hamburger patties

Installed Model Configuration: One 120 mm patty per cycle

Patty Diameter: 120 mm / approximately 4 3/4 in

Maximum Product Thickness: Adjustable up to approximately 40 mm / 1.6 in

Estimated Production: Approximately 250–300 standard patties per hour with an experienced operator

Mould System: Interchangeable rotary mould plate

Compression Method: Long manual lever

Rotary Direction: Clockwise mould-plate advancement

Mainca states that the MH series can produce approximately 250–300 standard hamburger patties per hour once the operator is familiar with the machine. Patty or meatball thickness is adjustable up to approximately 40 mm.

Hopper Capacity

Hopper Volume: Approximately 2.5 litres

Product Capacity: Approximately 2.1 kg / 4.6 lb

Published U.S. Capacity Range: Approximately 4–5 lb

Hopper Material: Stainless steel on the current configuration

The hopper is sized for approximately 2.5 litres or 2.1 kilograms of prepared meat mixture, allowing repeated forming cycles while remaining practical for small and medium production batches.

Available Forming Configurations

Compatible Mainca rotary mould plates include:

  • MH-100: One 100 mm / 4 in hamburger patty
  • MH-120: One 120 mm / 4 3/4 in hamburger patty
  • MH-130: One 130 mm / approximately 5 in hamburger patty
  • MH-55: Three 55 mm mini hamburger patties
  • MA-05: Five 38 mm meatballs
  • MA-10: Ten 25 mm meatballs or croquettes

The mould plates are interchangeable across the compatible MH/MA manual-former platform. Only the mould plate physically included with this unit should be represented as included in the final listing.

Dimensions

Width: Approximately 15 in / 380 mm

Depth: Approximately 16.7–19.3 in / 425–490 mm, depending on lever position and measurement method

Height: Approximately 20.3 in / 515 mm

Base Footprint: Approximately 12.6 in × 13.8 in / 32 cm × 35 cm

Installation Type: Countertop

Net Weight: Approximately 37.5 lb / 17 kg

The manufacturer lists a base footprint of approximately 32 × 35 cm. Published overall measurements for the MH platform are approximately 380 mm wide, 425–490 mm deep, and 515 mm high.

Because the long operating handle extends beyond the main body, adequate clearance should be allowed above and beside the machine during use.
