This commercial coffee-and-tea combination brewer has been professionally inspected and tested to confirm general operating performance.
The digital control panel, stainless-steel body, hot-water dispensing handle, brew area, adjustable lower shelf, water-heating system, and commercial brewing structure are present.
The exterior shows scratches, scuffs, water marks, cleaning marks, label wear, adhesive residue, and normal cosmetic evidence of previous commercial use, installation, handling, and warehouse storage.
The manufacturer data plate has visible surface damage and partially missing label material, but the essential electrical information remains readable.
Detailed cleaning, deliming, sanitizing, water-line flushing, and installation inspection are recommended before returning the brewer to beverage service.
Description
The Curtis CBS10000, currently marketed as the Curtis CB, is a commercial G3 digital combination brewing system designed to produce hot coffee, iced coffee, and freshly brewed iced tea from one space-saving unit.
Instead of requiring separate coffee and tea brewers, the CBS10000 uses selectable coffee and tea brewing programs, interchangeable beverage-specific brew baskets, adjustable brewing parameters, and separate tea-concentrate and dilution controls.
The G3 digital control module allows operators to adjust brew time, water volume, temperature, pre-infusion, pulse brewing, fast-brew functions, and full- or half-batch operation.
Its adjustable shelf accommodates multiple coffee airpot heights. The shelf can be repositioned or folded down when brewing into taller iced-tea dispensers.
The manufacturer’s factory literature confirms that the CBS10000 supports coffee, iced coffee, and iced tea, while providing pulse brewing, pre-infusion, fast-brew, dual-batch programming, energy-saving mode, and onboard diagnostics. Official CBS10000 specification sheet
