Description

The Wilbur Curtis GEMTS10A1000 Gemini G3 Twin 1.5 Gallon Coffee Brewer is designed for high-volume commercial coffee service where speed, consistency, and brewing flexibility are essential.

This twin-head system allows operators to brew on two sides independently, making it possible to prepare multiple coffee batches or different coffee varieties at the same time. Each side supports multiple batch sizes, allowing operators to adjust production based on customer demand.

Curtis' G3 digital control system provides programmable control over brewing functions, including brew volume, brew time, pulse brewing, pre-infusion, water bypass, and other parameters. This gives operators greater consistency while allowing recipes to be customized for different coffee products.

The brewer uses 1.5-gallon Gemini satellite servers, helping maintain serving temperature while allowing brewed coffee to be moved away from the brewer to serving stations.
