Description
The Rational iCombi Pro 10-Full Size is an advanced commercial electric combination oven engineered for high-volume restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, catering operations, commissaries, and institutional kitchens.
This intelligent cooking system combines convection heat, steam, and combination cooking in one commercial appliance. It can roast, steam, bake, grill, braise, poach, regenerate, finish, and cook multiple food products simultaneously.
The oven accommodates up to ten full-size 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or twenty half-size 12-inch by 20-inch sheet pans. Its large cooking capacity makes it suitable for producing approximately 150 to 300 meals per day, depending on the menu and cooking process.
The iCookingSuite intelligent cooking system automatically monitors the cooking process and adjusts temperature, humidity, airflow, and cooking time to achieve the selected result.
The iDensityControl system manages the cooking-cabinet climate, heating performance, humidity, and fan operation to help produce consistent results across every rack level.
The iProductionManager function organizes mixed food loads and helps operators coordinate cooking times for different menu items.
The integrated iCareSystem provides automatic cleaning programs that help reduce manual labor and maintain the stainless steel cooking chamber.
A large touchscreen provides access to cooking modes, stored programs, cleaning functions, production planning, and equipment settings.
