Description

The Royal Range RVB-2 is a commercial vertical gas broiler designed for preparing gyro meat, shawarma, al pastor, doner kebab, and similar vertically roasted products.

Two independently controlled gas burners provide a combined input of 26,000 BTU per hour. The adjustable center skewer allows the product to be positioned closer to or farther from the burners for controlled roasting and browning.

A motorized rotisserie mechanism rotates the product continuously to promote even cooking. Stainless-steel burner shields help direct heat toward the product, while the large removable lower pan collects grease and food drippings for easier cleaning.

Its compact countertop design makes this broiler suitable for Mediterranean restaurants, Mexican restaurants, food trucks, concession operations, and other commercial kitchens.
