Description

The Star VCTE13S Ultra-Max® is a high-production commercial vertical contact toaster engineered for fast, consistent bun preparation in restaurants, cafés, concession operations, cafeterias, and quick-service establishments.

The vertical contact design caramelizes and seals the cut surface of each bun, helping create a crisp toasted texture while reducing penetration from sauces and liquids. This can improve product presentation and extend the holding quality of prepared sandwiches.

Fully programmable electronic controls allow operators to adjust the platen temperature, auxiliary heating power, and conveyor speed for different bread products. The adjustable opening accommodates different bun thicknesses, while the silicone conveyor belt, aluminum toasting platen, and embedded heating system provide dependable heat distribution and continuous production.
