This commercial sandwich and salad preparation table has been professionally inspected and tested to confirm proper refrigeration and general operating performance.
The stainless-steel exterior shows scratches, scuffs, water marks, discoloration, residue, and normal cosmetic wear associated with previous commercial use, cleaning, handling, and warehouse storage.
All four refrigerated drawers, recessed handles, drawer fronts, stainless-steel worktop, and insulated pan-cover assembly are present in the supplied photographs.
The pan area and surrounding stainless-steel surfaces require detailed cleaning and sanitizing before foodservice use.
Description
The True TSSU-48-12D-4 is a heavy-duty commercial sandwich and salad preparation refrigerator combining a refrigerated ingredient-pan rail with a four-drawer refrigerated base.
Its approximately 48-inch-wide footprint provides a spacious food-preparation surface while remaining suitable for sandwich shops, delis, cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, cafeterias, institutional kitchens, and other high-volume foodservice operations.
The upper refrigerated pan opening is designed to accommodate up to twelve 1/6-size food pans. Its insulated stainless-steel cover helps retain cold air, preserve ingredient freshness, and reduce unnecessary condensation when the preparation area is not in use.
The lower refrigerated base contains four pull-out drawers. Each drawer can accommodate one full-size 12″ × 18″ × 6″ food-storage box or a combination of one 1/3-size and one 1/2-size pan with the correct divider.
This photographed unit belongs to the earlier R134A production generation. True’s published specification for this exact non-HC model confirms a 33°F–41°F temperature range, 12-cu.-ft. capacity, four drawers, 1/3-HP refrigeration system, and 115V electrical configuration.
