Description

The Globe GFP500 is a heavy-duty commercial continuous-feed food processor and vegetable cutter designed for restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, catering kitchens, delis, commissaries, bakeries, and institutional foodservice operations.

Its powerful 1/2 HP gear-driven motor operates the cutting plate at approximately 340 RPM, processing up to 600 pounds of food per hour. The ergonomic 45-degree hopper design provides convenient product feeding and consistent cutting results.

Depending on the installed cutting disc, the GFP500 can slice, shred, grate, julienne, shave, dice, cube, and prepare French fries. Globe offered 38 compatible cutting-disc configurations for this model.

The GFP500 is a continuous-feed vegetable cutter rather than a bowl-style batch processor. Processed food exits through the discharge chute into a separate container.
