🔹 Description

The Turbo Air MST-48 M3 Series is a 48-inch commercial sandwich and salad prep refrigerator designed for delis, cafés, restaurants, sandwich shops, pizzerias, and other foodservice operations that need refrigerated ingredient storage directly at the prep line.

It combines a refrigerated two-door base with a top ingredient pan rail and insulated lid. Current MST-48-N versions accommodate 12 sixth-size food pans, provide 12 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage, and use Turbo Air's Cold Bunker airflow system to maintain safe ingredient temperatures around the pan rail.

One important detail: the data plate in your photo identifies this physical unit as MST-48, not the newer MST-48-N. It is also clearly marked R134a, 115V, 60Hz, and 6.5 amps. I would therefore use the actual data-plate specifications in Shopify rather than the newer R290 specs.
