Description

The CMA Dishmachines L-1X is a compact, stainless steel commercial undercounter dishwasher designed for restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries, coffee shops, catering operations, small institutional kitchens, and other foodservice businesses requiring reliable rack washing in a limited footprint.

This model processes up to 30 racks per hour using an automatic two-minute operating cycle. It combines commercial washing power, chemical sanitizing, automatic chemical dispensing, pump-assisted draining, removable upper and lower spray arms, and undercounter installation in a cabinet approximately 24 inches wide.

Because it is a low-temperature machine, it sanitizes with a correctly measured commercial chemical sanitizer instead of relying on a 180°F final rinse.
